    Country Profiles

    The country profiles provide national-level data and analysis of water resources and their uses, environment and institutional framework in 147 countries. The aim of these reports is to describe the peculiarities of each country and the problems met in the development and management of the water resources, and irrigation in particular.

    Country profiles have been prepared for countries in Africa (2005-2016), Asia (2008-2012), Latin America and the Caribbean (2015-2016), and Eastern Europe (2015-2016). Country profiles are also available for Mexico (2013) in Northern America, and for Fiji, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu (2016) in Oceania.
